Section 4 — Support & Communication
Support is provided during normal business hours unless otherwise stated in writing. Non-emergency requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days. Priority issues are reviewed as quickly as possible during business hours. Communication, approvals, access, and feedback from the client are required for timely delivery.
